Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees actually paid to Identity Nodecore for Reading Room, Field Notes, Signal Bench, listed workshops, or a House Desk engagement. Informational prices on this website are not invoices. Complimentary seats, scholarship waivers, and third-party travel or software costs are outside this notice.
Timeframe
For Field Notes and Reading Room, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of access being issued, provided you have not submitted a notebook for review and have not downloaded more than two session files. For Signal Bench and live workshops, you may request a full refund up to ten days before the first live sitting. After that window, only the partial options below may apply. House Desk retainers follow the engagement letter; if the letter is silent, the Signal Bench windows apply by analogy to the first scheduled intensive.
Full or partial refund
A full refund returns the programme fee minus any non-refundable items listed below. A partial refund may be offered if Identity Nodecore moves a live cohort by more than fourteen days and you decline both a transfer to the next Bench and a conversion to Field Notes: in that case we return the fee minus any completed private office hours already delivered, billed at THB 4,500 per hour. If you miss live sittings by choice after the programme has started, that is not grounds for a partial refund; recordings (where offered) remain the remedy.
Non-refundable items
Bank transfer charges, currency conversion, and any government taxes already remitted are non-refundable. Printed materials shipped at your request, if any, are non-refundable once dispatched. Faculty time already delivered on a House Desk on-site day is non-refundable. Completion letters already issued are not a basis for returning fees.
Refund process
Write to info@identity-nodecore.digital with the subject “Refund request”, your full name, the programme, and the enrolment date. We confirm receipt within two working days and decide within ten working days. We may ask you to confirm that session files have been deleted from personal devices where a full refund is granted for Field Notes.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are paid by the same method originally used (typically Thai bank transfer). Allow five to fifteen working days after approval for the funds to appear, longer if your bank sits outside Thailand. We do not refund in cash at the Pathum Thani studio and we do not process cards on this website.
Cancellation by you or by us
You may cancel by email. If you cancel outside the full-refund windows, fees are retained unless a partial option above applies. Identity Nodecore may cancel a cohort for insufficient seats or faculty illness; in that event you may transfer, convert to Field Notes, or receive a full refund of the programme fee including items that would otherwise be non-refundable except already remitted taxes and bank charges.
Exceptions
If illness or a documented emergency prevents you from starting Signal Bench, we may, at our discretion, transfer you once without fee. Repeated transfers are not guaranteed. Chargebacks initiated without first writing to us may pause access while we investigate. Statutory consumer rights under Thai law that cannot be waived remain available; this notice is not intended to limit those rights.
