By browsing this site, submitting a contact form, or accepting an enrolment letter, you agree to these terms. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the site or sit a programme. We may update these terms; the date above is the version that applies until a later notice is posted here.
Informational prices on /pricing.html and course pages are not offers. A contract for Field Notes, Signal Bench, Reading Room, House Desk, or a workshop is formed only when Identity Nodecore issues a written enrolment or engagement letter and you accept it in writing (including email).
Programmes and access
Live sittings, recordings, workbooks, and faculty comments are licensed for the named participant or the named House Desk seats. You may not share login links, recordings, or graded notebooks with people outside that licence. Recordings, where offered, remain available only for the window stated in the enrolment letter. Completion letters confirm participation; they are not professional licences or platform certifications.
We may reschedule a Signal Bench by up to fourteen days without forming a breach. Longer moves trigger the options described in the refund notice. We may refuse or cancel enrolment where information supplied at intake is materially false.
Intellectual property
The Support Funnel Atlas, The Funnel Signal Method, worksheets, sample exports, journal essays, site design, and faculty comments are owned by Identity Nodecore or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use course materials for your internal desk work during and after the programme. You may not republish, resell, or teach from those materials as a competing course. Your own Atlas maps, event dictionaries, and leadership briefs remain yours; we may keep a copy for grading and quality review.
Trademarks, including Identity Nodecore and Support Funnel Atlas, may not be used to imply partnership without written permission.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site: no scraping that impairs service, no injection of malicious code, no attempt to access other participants’ notebooks, and no use of contact forms to send unlawful or harassing content. Cohort discussions are confidential to the sitting. Recording other participants without their consent is prohibited.
Liability
Course content is educational. Identity Nodecore does not warrant that applying the Atlas will reduce ticket volume, raise CSAT, or satisfy a regulator or vendor. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm arising from use of the site or programmes. Our aggregate liability arising from a given enrolment is limited to the fees paid to Identity Nodecore for that enrolment in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
The site is provided “as available”. Temporary outages, browser incompatibilities, and third-party image or font failures are not breaches.
Third-party services
Video sittings, file transfer, and email may use third-party processors. Their terms apply to those channels. This site does not process payments; any invoice or bank transfer is arranged off-site under the enrolment letter.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from the site or from Identity Nodecore programmes are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
